钻井液硫化氢清除装置在双探 3井的试验与认识

Abstract: In order to expand the application range of underbalanced and managed pressure drilling in sulfur-bearing formation, a hydrogen sulfide scavenging device has been developed, which is a core equipment in the closed circulation system of drilling fluid ( closed system) . The device is used to treat hydrogen sulfide, which remains in the drilling fluid after primary liquid and gas separation, by means of vacuum, spoiler, temperature control and injection of sulfur removal agent. Then the drilling fluid can be directly discharged into the solid control system, mud tank, and finally through the mud pump into the wellbore for closed circulation. In order to verify the reliability of the device, the sulfur removal field test was carried out in the testing project on Well Shuangtan 3, the formation fluid from which contains hydrogen sulfide. The device runs stably, and the monitoring of flow rate, pressure, pH value and hydrogen sulfide concentration are real-time and reliable during the test period. In the application, the volatilization concentration of hydrogen sulfide at the outlet of device decreased from the average value of 70. 55 ppm ( the highest value reached 84. 2 ppm) to less than 5 ppm. The experimental results show that the hydrogen sulfide scavenging device can effectively deal with harmful substances such as small bubbles in liquid and dissolved hydrogen sulfide, so as to meet the safe and environmental drilling needs, and provide technical support for the application of closed loop circulation system of drilling fluid.

摘要: 为拓展欠平衡与控压钻井在含硫地层的应用范围,研制了钻井液密闭循环系统(密闭系统)中的核心装备—硫化氢清除装置。该装置采用真空、扰流以及温控注入适量除硫剂等技术方法对经过初级液气分离后的钻井液中仍然残留的硫化氢进行有效处理,处理后的钻井液能够直接排入固控系统、泥浆罐,最后通过泥浆泵进入井筒进行密闭循环。为验证装置的可靠性,在双探 3井进行了返排液除硫试验。试验期间,装置运行稳定,流量、压力、pH值以及硫化氢浓度等数据监测实时可靠。监测液体排出口处硫化氢挥发浓度由试验前的平均值105.8 mg/m3(最高值达到 126.6 mg/m3)降低到小于7.5 mg/m3。试验结果表明,钻井液硫化氢清除装置能够有效处理液体中的微小气泡以及溶解态硫化氢等有害物质,满足安全环保钻井的需要,为钻井液密闭循环系统的推广应用提供了技术支撑。
